Due to the ongoing pandemic, students have been hindered from regular classroom education. As a result, their skills in various fields such as B.Ed, D.El.Ed, ITI, Polytechnic, Paramedical, and Nursing have diminished. Consequently, they are facing difficulties in finding employment opportunities. In order to enhance their skills and provide them with suitable training through various online and offline classes and courses, the initiative “Hathe-Kolome Shikkha Kendro Tripura” has been launched.

Mission:
The mission of “Hathe-Kolome Shikkha Kendro Tripura” is to empower students who have been affected by the adverse consequences of the pandemic by providing them with comprehensive and skill-focused training through a combination of online and offline classes and courses.

Vision:
Our vision is to bridge the gap created by the pandemic-induced disruption in traditional education and ensure that students in Tripura regain their skills and become competent professionals in diverse fields such as B.Ed, D.El.Ed, ITI, Polytechnic, Paramedical, and Nursing.

Objectives:
1. To offer high-quality online and offline classes and courses to students in Tripura, covering a wide range of educational and vocational disciplines.

2. To enhance the skills and knowledge of students in fields such as B.Ed, D.El.Ed, ITI, Polytechnic, Paramedical, and Nursing through specialized training programs.


3. To equip students with industry-relevant skills and competencies that will increase their employability and job prospects.

4. To provide a supportive learning environment that fosters personal and professional growth, promoting self-confidence and empowerment among students.


5. To collaborate with educational institutions, industry professionals, and experts to develop and deliver curriculum and training materials that meet the evolving needs of the job market.
